2007 MADE IN HAWAII FESTIVAL

Hawaiian falsetto music, Portuguese sausage, hand-crafted woodwork and Hawaiian indigenous plants. Every August, the Neal Blaisdell Center in Honolulu is transformed into the 50th State’s largest marketplace for Hawaii-made wares. This year’s Made in Hawaii Festival, expected to draw the largest attendance yet with more than 35,000 attendees, will be held August 17-19, 2007 at the Neal Blaisdell Center. The 2007 Made in Hawaii Festival is sponsored by First Hawaiian Bank and produced by the Hawaii Food Industry Association.

More than 400 booths of unique Hawaii-made products including art, clothing, food, home furnishings, jewelry, toys, fresh produce, plants, and authentic Hawaiian handicrafts will be displayed. Free cooking demonstrations and delicious food samples by Hawaii’s talented chefs and award-winning entertainment by popular local musicians adds to the festive atmosphere.
