 Hua Hin Market Village teams up with The Tourism Authority of Thailand Central Region Office: Region 2 and public organizations hosting “Hua Hin Leelawadee Festival” aiming to pushing forward the Leelawadee or Frangipani to be one of Hua Hin tourism symbols, to enhancing knowledge of plants to tourists and interested people, and also to help increasing agriculturists’ revenue.
The festival is being held from 1st to 14th August at ground floor Hua Hin Market Village from 11 am to 9 pm. The opening day will be set on 4th August from 7 pm to 8 pm and presided by Mr. Prasong Pitoolkitja, Prachuab Kirikhan Governor and other honored guests.
The exhibition will be decorated with over 100 species of Leelawadee on the area of 1,200 square meter within the concept of Hua Hin Leelawadee. The ceremony will start with a fashion show “The Secret of Leelawadee” of over 10 well-known brands including variety of activities such as Leelawadee Music Garden, a music performance, Leelawadee Painting from Hua Hin artist group, Painting Competition from students, Leelawadee Cooking Demonstration, Batic Fabric Painting Demonstration.
In addition, several kinds of Leelawadee products will be exhibited here including variety of plants, herbs made from Leelawadee, even Leelawadee Spa is also available.
